SMS for LJ Hooker MOVE

Edgility provides the ability to integrate SMS with LJ Hooker MOVE.

MOVE SMS Set-up Checklist

  • Sign up for an SMS account with Edgility
  • Update settings in MOVE
Important Note for users of LJ Hooker MOVE

When signing up with Edgility you would have received a welcome email containing your username (email) and password and API details to activate SMS in LJ Hooker MOVE. If you have forgotten your password it can easily be reset by visiting www.edgility.com.au and clicking on the forgotten password link under the login area. Your username (email) and password is used to access the Web SMS Portal (this is not required to set-up SMS for LJ Hooker MOVE).

Sign up for SMS with Edgility

To sign up to the Edgility SMS service click here to and complete the online application form. Once your form has been submitted Edgility will set up your account and users and you will receive your Welcome Email.

Updating Settings in MOVE

Once your Edgility account has been set-up, you will need your API details (Access Token and Token ID which you will find in your Welcome Email or by logging onto the Web Portal -www.edgility.com.au and going to Settings > API) to update the following settings.
Log into MOVE and go to;

Office Settings > Mail & SMS

Select the SMS Provider then enter the API details.

SMS Provider: Edgility

Login: Access Token

Password: Token ID

(Access Token and Token ID can be found in your Edgility Welcome Email or by logging onto the Web Portal -www.edgility.com.au and going to Settings > API)

Please ensure the following settings are correct for each staff member that require access to send SMS and Bulk SMS:
Log into MOVE and hover over name in the top right corner and click on;

Profile Menu > Staff > Click on staff member > SMS > Ensure the following fields are filled in correctly:

SMS Provider: Edgility

Login: Access Token

Password: Token ID

Repeat this step for each staff member requiring access to SMS

(Each staff member will have their own unique Access Token and Token ID. The administrator of the account can find these by logging onto the Web Portal -www.edgility.com.au and going to Management > User Management > Export Users)

Please Note;

MOVE does not support 2-way SMS, therefore, recipients cannot reply to your SMS. If you would like to use 2-way SMS you can do so by sending from within the WEB SMS PORTAL.
